Thanks for your quick reply. Now receive some error information from I2C. The error code from getlasterror is 0. But acctural error code seems to be 11(I2C error) I also get the I2C status, it is 0xE1(Arbitration lost in start). Now I connect the SUB-20 to a scope directly and I can't see any output...

I have a few parts which have 2-3us delay. So I need bigger clock period cycle to make sure the data is read correctly.

From sub-20 manual, SPI minial clock speed is 150KHz. Is there anyway I can use slower clock than 150KHz? SUch as 1kHz or so?
